About:

Eleni holds a BSc with Honours in Medical Genetics and a MSc in Bioinformatics and Neuroinformatics. She works as a Laboratory Technologist in a world leading company. Along with science she has a great passion in sports.

At a young age, Eleni was involved in different kind of sports, but excelled in Martial Arts (karate) and Track & Field. A well decorated athlete in Discus Throwing in Cyprus and abroad with multiple achievements in the sport.

The last two years she dedicated her time in learning Krav Maga, trained by expert in the field Panagiotis Iakovou. She became a Civilian Instructor and looks forward to upgrade her levels.

– Self Defence for students
– Women’s Self Defence
– Teens Krav Maga
– Private/Group Sessions
