ABOUT WOMENS SELF DEFENCE CLASSES
Krav Maga has been developed to meet the specific needs and requirements of each type of student. The women’s curriculum developed by Hybrid Krav-Maga (HKM) is characterized by its effectiveness.
Size, strength and power disparities between the defender and the attacker are realities in self-defence training.
Most women will be confronted by threats who have a physical advantage in these three areas.
Krav Maga teaches effective responses to potential or active violence, even when the attacker has a physical advantage.
TECHNIQUES AND TACTICS SPECIFIC TO KRAV MAGA FOR WOMEN
When training women, we take into account a woman’s ability to improve and successfully defend, despite any misconceptions she may have about herself and her ability to fight and face physical challenges that require both strength and aggression.
HKM‘s training methods for women are based on years of experience, as well as numerous real-life situations in which women found our system to be the most effective.
Our Krav Maga for women system provides excellent self-defence skills, producing the highest rate of defence successes in facing and successfully repelling various types of attacks.
In addition to the technical and tactical training we also help women develop the right mindset to support and enhance their physical readiness to fight. This includes working to develop determination, persistence, and aggression as tools for women to use whenever the situation requires it.
WHY SHOULD WOMEN TRAIN KRAV MAGA?
PHYSICAL HEALTH
